Paul's Top 100 Artists Of The Hot 100 Era

Billboard Magazine started the Hot 100 Pop Singles Chart in August of 1958. This is a list of the 100 most successful artists in the history of the Hot 100 from 1958 to this week.

You'll notice that Elvis Presley is #4 and not #1, where he usually is in all of the Rock Era lists. That's because a huge chunk of his hits were before the start of the Hot 100.

Also notice there are several artists from the current pop music scene that are moving up very high on this list (Usher #14, Rihanna #15, Katy Perry #39, Beyonce #46, etc.)
